Character Design: Bishop

This is my favorite moody hipster, Bishop “Cardinal” Binns. I designed him originally in 2009 before hipster was much of a thing so he needed a redesign pretty desperately. His tattoo might need a little help, still. Anyway, I’m working on improving my concepting skills so I’m fleshing out this old comic idea I had called “The Boys of Santa Cruz.” I only ever made a few strips and I likely won’t make more but I do want to develop the world and characters for practice. So expect to see something that looks essentially like grown-up Rocket Power. ;P
