Ever since @ellelehman posted her gemsona, I’ve wanted to make a fusion of our gems, Chrysophrase and Royal Sapphire! I wanted to use a gem that would bridge blue and green color wise and, while dumortierite is mostly blue, I think it fits. I’m happy Elle chose a sapphire because, in real life, I am the smol bean. In our studio days, she was forever reaching things for my shorter self.
